The Company

The Grocers’ Company can be traced back to the Pepperers who were active in London from at least 1180. Grocers believe in fostering excellence and opportunity, using our influence and resources to achieve these aims through five main areas of activity: Philanthropy, Education, Fellowship, Heritage and The City.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported The Grocers’ Charity Fundraiser Event on 7th May, where an incredible £160,000 was raised in support of Vavengers and Beyond Food Foundation.

We’re opening our doors for a special breakfast event to show off the beautiful Grocers’ Hall! This is a great opportunity to experience a little of our award-winning Grocers’ hospitality and see first-hand the unique offerings that make our venue ideal for hosting high-calibre events. 2024 London Venue & Catering Awards: GOLD & SILVER!

The judges of the London Venue Awards 2024 recognised the hard work and dedication of our in-house team by awarding Grocers' Hall GOLD in Best In-House Caterer, and SILVER for Best Venue Team.
The judges commented "Grocers’ Hall are clearly striving for perfection, reflected in an impressive rate of return business and client referrals.
